Return & Refund Policy

At LUMA, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help. 

Returns You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Non-returnable items For hygiene reasons, opened teeth whitening strips cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or defective products If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with a photo of the issue, and we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
